"Got there in the end"
Had a bit of a hiccup with my order and, yeah, I did have to chase it up a couple of times, but what online order doesn’t run into the odd issue now and then? Customer service eventually got it sorted, and the item arrived fine after that. Would I use them again? Probably, yes

"Easy order and felt safe"
I ordered a couple of model kits from wonderlandmodels.com and it was all very straightforward. The payment part felt secure, which I always notice because I’m a bit paranoid with online shopping these days. I was actually making a coffee while the confirmation email came through, so that was quicker than expected. The parcel turned up when it was supposed to, nothing damaged, no strange delays or having to chase anyone. Nice and simple really. I’d be happy to use them again.

"Order was actually right, for once"
I ordered a few model bits from wonderlandmodels.com and, surprisingly enough these days, everything showed up exactly as I’d picked it. No random colours, no missing parts, no mystery substitutions, which apparently is something worth celebrating now. The box was packed properly too, so nothing arrived looking like it had been through a small disaster. It was only a simple order, but still, nice when a company manages to get the basics right the first time. I’d use them again.

I’m particular about deliveries arriving when promised, and this one did exactly that. It showed up on the day they said it would, was packed properly, and there was no hassle at all. The tracking updated as expected too, so overall I’m happy with the experience...

"Stock info was actually right"
I ordered a model kit from wonderlandmodels.com because it said it was in stock, and to be fair, it actually was. That might not sound like much, but I’ve had a few places say the same thing and then email later with the usual “sorry, no stock” message.
The dispatch email came through quickly as well, so overall it all went more or less how I hoped. Happy with it, and I’d probably use them again.

"Pretty smooth preorder experience"
I preordered a kit from Wonderland Models and it showed up pretty much when they said it would. The updates were a little slow here and there, but when I emailed them, they got back to me and explained what was going on. It wasn’t totally perfect, but overall I’m happy with how they handled it and I’d be comfortable ordering from them again.

"Checkout worked, but it wasn’t the smoothest"
My order did go through in the end, so I can’t really complain too much, but the checkout process felt a little clunky. It was kind of slow, and I ended up double-checking my details twice just to make sure nothing got messed up. Maybe I’m just being careful, but it didn’t feel as smooth as I expected.

I had a smooth time using the Wonderland Models site. It was easy to find my way around, the search did the job, and the product pages had enough info without making me dig for stuff. Checkout was quick and simple too, which is always a win. Only tiny gripe is that a few pages felt a bit cluttered on my phone, but it wasn’t a big deal.

I order from wonderlandmodels.com and it turned up faster than I thought it would. Packaging was all fine too, no issues there. I’m giving 4 stars because the tracking could have update a bit better, but overall I’m happy with it

I was happy with this kit overall, the parts feel solid and the quality seems nice. If I had to nitpick, the packaging could’ve been a little more organized, but nothing was damaged and everything worked out fine. Overall, it’s a good kit and I don’t really have any complaints.

My kit showed up in great shape, and I just felt impressed right away. The box was sturdy, everything inside was padded well, and nothing looked crushed or beat up. It just had that solid, taken-care-of feeling, which I really appreciated.

Most of the time, this place has what I need, which is a relief. The stock is usually good, but every now and then I’ll go in for something specific and of course that’s the one thing missing. Not the end of the world, just a little annoying when you’re trying to make a quick trip and get out.

"Refund was slow, but it worked out"
The return itself was straightforward, so I’ll give them that. I was just a little unsure for a while because the refund took longer than I expected. It did eventually come through, but I wish the timing had been a bit better
